- First point of contact for technical issues relating to tool maintenance
- Link between toolmakers and department managers
- Planning the maintenance of punching tools, taking into account the production specifications according to the punching plan
- Maintenance of punching and fineblanking tools
- Assembly of new tools
- Surface grinding of spare parts for the tools
- Continuous analysis and improvement of tools
- Close cooperation with design and production
- Further development of tool maintenance
- Completed training as a polymechanic, toolmaker or comparable training
- Sound knowledge of punching or fineblanking tool construction is required
- Extensive experience in dealing with IT systems and routine use of common MS Office programs
- Independent, reliable and precise way of working
- Willingness to work shifts
- Team player
- Very good written and spoken German
