Design Engineer Punching / Fine Blanking Tools 100% (m/f/d)
- Development of concepts and feasibility studies, taking into account customer-specific requirements and technical specifications
- Developing and designing complex stamping and forming tools
- Cooperation with the production department to ensure the technical feasibility and quality of the tools
- Create CAD drawings and carry out design reviews
- Create work and test plans
- Place production orders internally / externally
- Evaluate tools after initial sampling
- Vocational training as a design engineer EFZ, toolmaker, polymechanic or comparable training with further training as a technician HF or TS
- Several years of experience in the design of stamping and forming tools
- Very good 3D-CAD knowledge, SolidWorks advantageous
- Written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
- Technical understanding and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team, commitment and an independent way of working
- Very good MS Office skills
