- Die Tool Optimization, Maintenance, and Repair
- Conducting independent quality checks regarding geometry, functionality, and completeness
- Documentation of Tools and Fixtures
- Operating Conventional Lathes and Grinding Machines
- Completed training as a polymechanic, toolmaker or comparable training
- Sound knowledge of punching or fineblanking tool construction
- Willingness to work shifts

CNC & Assembly Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
- Setting Up and Optimizing CNC Machining Centers (3- and 4-axis) for Mass Production
- Programming, Setting Up, and Supporting New Products and Manufacturing Processes
- Setup of Assembly Lines and Laser Welding Processes
- Technical support for employees in the event of malfunctions and process issues
- Optimization of Quality, Productivity, and Manufacturing Processes
- Acting as the Head of Assembly's substitute during her absence and coordinating day-to-day operations
- Basic technical training, e.g., polymechanic
- Experience in CNC programming and machine setup
- Experience in assembly and laser welding is a plus
- An independent, organized, and responsible approach to work
- Good knowledge of German
