CNC Mechanic with CAD experience (100%)
- Independent programming, set-up and operation of multi-axis CNC milling centers
- Carrying out quality checks (pre- and post-processing of workpieces)
- Creation and maintenance of production documentation
- Active participation in the optimization of processes and procedures
- Responsibility for the care and maintenance of the assigned machinery
- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, ideally specializing in toolmaking or comparable
- Sound experience in CNC milling
- Good knowledge of the CAM system Mastercam
- Very good written and spoken German
- Independent, reliable and quality-conscious way of working
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility

- Independent manual and machine-based machining, fabrication, and assembly of precision fine-blanking and punching dies, as well as bending dies and fixtures
- Die Tool Optimization, Maintenance, and Repair
- Conducting independent quality checks regarding geometry, functionality, and completeness
- Documentation of Tools and Fixtures
- Operating Conventional Lathes and Grinding Machines
- Completed training as a polymechanic, toolmaker or comparable training
- Sound knowledge of punching or fineblanking tool construction
- Willingness to work shifts
- Team player
- Very good written and spoken German
