- Independent manual and machine-based machining, fabrication, and assembly of precision fine-blanking and punching dies, as well as bending dies and fixtures
- Die Tool Optimization, Maintenance, and Repair
- Conducting independent quality checks regarding geometry, functionality, and completeness
- Documentation of Tools and Fixtures
- Operating Conventional Lathes and Grinding Machines
- Completed training as a polymechanic, toolmaker or comparable training
- Sound knowledge of punching or fineblanking tool construction
- Willingness to work shifts
- Team player
- Very good written and spoken German

Production Planner 100% (m/f/d)
- Planning, Scheduling, and Control of Production Orders
- Coordination of capacity, material availability, and delivery dates
- Monitoring of ongoing orders and coordination in the event of bottlenecks and schedule deviations
- Close collaboration with production, purchasing, sales, and external service providers
- Maintenance of master data and production documents in the ERP system
- Coordination of external processing and transportation
- Contribute to the ongoing optimization of production planning and machine utilization
- Basic Technical or Commercial Training (EFZ)
- Technical understanding and strong organizational skills
- ERP experience (SAP preferred) and proficiency with MS Office
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- A person with strong communication skills, resilience, and a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
