For mechanical deburring of impact-sensitive flat steel parts, belt grinding and brushing is indispensable in production.
The punch burr is removed fully automatically in a continuous process by means of grinding belts and rotating brushing discs. Our robust equipment processes the fine blanking parts as follows:
- in the single-sided and double-sided machining process
- they guarantee our customers burr-free, ready-to-install components
- and they ensure consistent quality
